The APWS 2024 organizing committee has secured special reduced rates for accommodation at the conference venue, Hanwha Resorts Haeundae.
To secure your reservation, please fill out the reservation form with all required information and send it to the resort via email
(cys4448@hanwha.com).
For July reservations, please submit the reservation form to the APWS 2024 secretariat at reg@apws2024.org.
From August onwards, please submit the reservation form directly to the resort at cys4448@hanwha.com.

- Rooms will be provided only as double-bed rooms.
- For any Room changes or cancellations, adjustments are available 10-Days Prior to the Check-In Date
- Check-In: 15:00 / Check-Out: 11:00
- Due to the Limited number of Rooms, Reservations may be closed in advance
- You can receive the confirmation letter.
- Please Note: If any Applicant have not received any Notifications or Reservation confirmations, Applicant must check for the Room Reservation by E-Mail (Point of Contact)
